We create your design
At Digitex communicating with you is the first and most important step in the design process. Initially all we need is your information and we will work with you to create a final design.
Firstly we will try and define what they are trying to achieve to create a brief. The brief is very important because it helps to build a framework that we, the designers can respond to in a visual way.
Another crucial step is agreeing with you about fees and timing for your project. This means estimating how much time will be needed, what the key deadlines are and what will be needed to complete the project. Production costs, for example, photography, writing, printing, editing and other expenses will also be factored into the final estimate. All staff are on an hourly rate. Fees are generally worked out by calculating how many hours and how many people are needed.
Once we have gone through the brief and estimating stage, we will start by creating some initial concepts and present these to you. Based on your input and feedback we will take one concept and work through the process of refining it through several draft designs. Getting the colour right
Getting the right colour is critical. We are experts in Colour Management and using ICC Colour profiles. We don't rely on generic profiles provided by the manufacturers.
